Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SiteLens collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal and customer data when you use our websites, account dashboard, APIs, Desktop, MCP tools, and related services.

Who we are

SiteLens is operated by RazorSoft, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RazorSoft”). In this policy, “SiteLens,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean RazorSoft, Inc. acting through the SiteLens service. “You” means the individual or organization using SiteLens.

Scope

This Privacy Policy covers ordinary SiteLens operations, including:

  • Marketing pages on sitelensapi.com
  • Account registration and authentication
  • Workspace billing, usage meters, and API keys
  • Cloud browser capture, visual and theme analysis, geographic capture, visual compare, and related cloud QA tools
  • Saved QA flows, flow runs, screenshots, and SiteLens Reports or evidence metadata stored for your workspace
  • Local products (MCP, Desktop, QA Studio) to the extent they send data to SiteLens cloud APIs you invoke
  • Managed AI features that SiteLens operates for your workspace (for example, AI Builder where enabled)

Optional SiteLens Cloud Agent features—if and when enabled for your workspace—process repository and agent-run data under additional terms. Those details are in the separate SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice, which supplements this Privacy Policy and does not replace it. Use of SiteLens is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

Account and contact data

When you create or use an account, we process identifiers such as name, email address, authentication identifiers from our sign-in provider, workspace membership, and billing contact details needed to operate the service.

Billing data

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status, invoices, and related billing metadata needed to provision plans and respond to billing requests.

Usage and product data

We collect service logs and meters such as API call counts, feature entitlements, timestamps, request identifiers, error diagnostics, and configuration you set in the product (for example, saved flows, workspace settings, and AI credit ledgers where applicable).

Content you submit to SiteLens

Depending on the features you use, this may include target URLs, HTML or accessibility snapshots derived from pages we fetch for you, flow definitions, screenshots, comparison images, network or console evidence you retain with SiteLens, support messages, and—for managed AI features—prompts, repository excerpts, or other content you authorize SiteLens to process. Browser automation against your applications may capture page content that includes personal data present on those pages; you control which URLs and authenticated sessions you point SiteLens at.

Local-only data

SiteLens MCP and Desktop can run browsers and store artifacts on your machine. Local artifacts remain on your systems unless you upload them, call a SiteLens cloud API, or otherwise send them to us.

Website analytics

Our marketing and product sites may use privacy-oriented product analytics with limited event names and properties. We design those events to avoid sending report contents, secrets, or unnecessary destination URLs.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve SiteLens services
  • Authenticate users, enforce plans, and meter usage
  • Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Operate managed AI features you enable, including generating drafts, analyses, or reports you request
  • Provide customer support and service communications
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer repository contents from optional SiteLens Cloud Agent features to train SiteLens’s own foundation models. Model-provider training and retention rules for Cloud Agent runs are described in the SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice.

Managed AI features

Some SiteLens features use machine-learning models operated by SiteLens and its infrastructure providers. When you use those features, prompts, relevant code or page context you authorize, and model outputs may be processed to fulfill your request, meter usage, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

AI Builder (where enabled for a workspace) currently processes repository content you connect for that feature and related prompts under this Privacy Policy. Optional SiteLens Cloud Agent features—if offered to your workspace—are covered by this Privacy Policy and the SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice.

How we share information

We share data with:

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, authentication, payments, email, analytics, or AI inference on our behalf, under contracts that limit use to providing their services to us
  • Professional advisors when needed for legal, security, or accounting matters
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections

We may identify categories of processors upon request. Additional detail for optional SiteLens Cloud Agent processing appears in the SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice.

International processing

SiteLens and its providers may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Retention

We retain account, billing, and product data for as long as your workspace remains active and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. Usage meters and ledgers may be kept to support billing accuracy and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of account data subject to legal retention obligations.

Retention for optional SiteLens Cloud Agent sessions, artifacts, temporary execution environments, and customer-saved reports is described in the SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data we process, including encrypted transport, access controls, and least-privilege operational practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Use your SiteLens account controls where available, or contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children

SiteLens is directed to business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and related notices. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice through the product or site as appropriate.
